We would like to inform you about the upcoming streetscape landscaping works in our development that will enhance the appearance and functionality of the community spaces.  

The landscaping works will involve installing topsoil, grass and planting trees in the nature strips of the streets surrounding your home. The areas being landscaped are highlighted below.

The works will be completed in two stages to minimise impact to ongoing construction activities.

Below are the details of the planned activities:

Streetscape Works Stage 1: The first portion of the streetscape work is anticipated to commence in Early-July 2025, subject to weather conditions.  

Streetscape Works Stage 2: The Stage 2 streetscape works is planned to be undertaken prior to Early-August 2025.

Temporary Path Markers: To ensure safety during maintenance work, the contractor will place temporary markers along affected paths as needed.

Landscaping Maintenance: Once the landscaping work is completed, it will be regularly maintained by our contractor to ensure that the community spaces remain in excellent condition.

While we anticipate minimal impacts, please be aware that there may be some disruptions to street parking, together with minor dust and noise associated with these works.  

The contractors will be working within regular construction hours, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
