Welcome to the December 2024 Construction Update for Habitas Aurora! Below you will find the latest information in relation to construction progress on site.

HABITAS CONNECT PORTAL UPDATE

Development Victoria is committed to assisting their purchasers by providing clear communication on the milestones that will occur in the upcoming months to your handover.    

As the first step, we have recently completed some updates made to the Habitas Connect portal.  This includes changes to the last milestones displayed on the “Home Construction Progress” bar chart.  

As a separate feature of the updated Habitas Connect portal, we have introduced the “Settlement and Handover Process” bar chart, which indicates the key milestones as part of your upcoming settlement and handover journey.  

The new “Settlement and Handover Process” bar chart can be found on your respective lot group page. Please hover over the milestones for more details.

In the coming weeks, we will also be adding key information, as and when applicable, about your home by introducing the “Key Documents” section on the Habitas Connect portal. This will include uploading a more detailed explanation of the Settlement and Handover process, so please keep an eye out.

Provision of water and gas pipeline connections to each lot. Estimated timeframe 3-4 weeks.

Developing a firm material base underneath roads and footpaths. Construction of kerbs and drains to enable channels from stormwater to travel to underground drainage system.

Electrical cabling and NBN to enable internet connection for each lot.
